Boomsourcing seeks an experienced Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s). Our SDR’s are responsible for driving qualified leads to our various enterprise customers. As the SDM you will train, coach, and manage the SDR team and, as a lead generation expert, you will develop processes to optimize the lead generation efficiency.

 

You will be based out of our Lehi, Utah office, but will be working in a global team with the majority of your efforts focused on developing our Puerto Vallarta, Mexico SDR operation. You will operate in an agile environment and manage your team remotely with frequent location visits.

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Sales Development team to goals, objectives, and quota achievement
  • Manage and refine sale lead process and metrics
  • Run standups, 1:1s, and trainings for the team
  • Lead SDR team to exceed their respective month, quarter, and annual targets
  • Lead weekly meeting reviews with SDR team
  • Coach team on prospecting, qualification and lead generation
  • Ensure SDR team adheres to defined best practices/processes
  • Build and document scalable systems and processes to grow SDR team
  • Work with Sales Ops to build out predictable reporting/forecasting for the SDR team performance
