2009

Development of patented call center technology deployed exclusively into Teleserve™ call centers.

2016

Teleserve™ is rebranded as Boomsourcing™ to reflect expansion beyond call center into more diverse BPO capabilities.

2018

Boomsourcing expands into Mexico opening up new call centers offering bilingual services.

2020

Boomsourcing™ makes the INC. 500 list 3 years in a row. Additional contact center technology patents are awarded.

2022

Boomsourcing™ is acquired by Fusion BPO Services as a strategic addition to their ever expanding global network of high tech call centers.
